Community rules

Zero tolerance

Trolling, harassment, or any form of disrespect toward other traders will not be tolerated. Racist, homophobic or bigoted slurs lead to an immediate ban, with no refund.

No unauthorized promotion or solicitation

• Offering alternative servers, mentorship or external services to members without permission is strictly prohibited. All services must be provided inside the TOB server.
• No soliciting in direct messages — report any such behavior to a mod or admin.
• Messaging members about another Discord you own or are in is an instant ban, no matter who you are.
• No unsolicited ads or invites for other Discord servers, subreddits, social accounts, petitions, fundraisers or giveaways.
• Want to offer a service? Contact an admin or mod first — you will need an agreement to provide it within the TOB community.

Keep it clean and on-topic

• No NSFW or sexually suggestive content, including avatars and usernames. Swearing in moderation only.
• Avoid controversial or sensitive topics (religion, politics, gender, violence, etc.). No politics unless it involves stocks.
• No references to restricted substances or illegal activity, including pirated content.
• English only — this is primarily an English-speaking community.
• Use the right channels. GIFs and off-topic pictures belong in the off-topic channel, not trading channels.

No spam

• No spamming images, memes, pings, single-word messages or low-effort posts.
• Don't post a stock ticker with no context, and don't spam-promote your own stock.
• The mod bot issues warnings; repeated offenses lead to a ban.

Scams

Zero tolerance for scamming. Do not call out suspected scammers in public chats — it can disrupt our investigation. Report them to a mod instead. No public accusations or "witch hunts".

Respect the people sharing ideas

Don't blame others for their stock ideas. Everyone puts in full effort, but not every play works out — that's why you use risk management, such as a stop loss. If something here isn't for you, simply cancel your membership.

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the server.
